Research from the Charity Commission into public expectations of charities is shaped to fit a narrative, DSC Trustee Andrew Purkis writes in his latest column for Civil Society.
Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations for amenity projects eligible under Object D of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) and located within 10 miles of an eligible FCC Environment waste facility. The nearest site is based in Thurcroft, some areas of North East Derbyshire are eligible. Grants of between £2,000 and £100,000 are available.
Not-for-profit organisations can apply now for funding for environmental or community-based projects that are located within five miles of an operating Veolia site in England and starting from 11 January 2021.
