Some groups are finding their meeting place is not big enough to allow social distancing. We would like to hear from venues who may be able to offer them alternative facilities.

Derbyshire NHS Trust to host annual public accountability meeting online
Members of the public are invited to join the virtual annual members' meeting of Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust on Thursday 24 September at 1.30pm.
This is a chance to hear from the Trust's chairman Prem Singh and executives for a summary of the organisation's performance over the past year. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting or to submit them in advance, by the deadline of 17 September, in time for answers to be given during the meeting.
The meeting, at which the Trust's annual report and accounts 2019/20 will be presented, is being held virtually due to social distancing restrictions. Participants can join in on the phone or on MS Teams and there is no need to book in advance.
Details about how to join the online meeting are included on the press release HERE
Don’t miss out on having this chat with the NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Joined Up Care Derbyshire, facilitated by Community Chesterfield
8th October 2pm-4pm (On Zoom)
• Do you live, work, study or volunteer in Chesterfield?
• Do you or someone you know feel like your views on NHS services are not heard?
• Do you or someone you know feel no one tries to get in touch with you for your views?
• Do you or someone you know need extra support to get your views across, particularly during these COVID times?
The session aims to identify the ways in which your voice and the voices of the people you work with can be heard by the NHS Derby and Derbyshire CCG and Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
This is a start to an important ongoing conversation. What you tell the Derby and Derbyshire CCG and Joined Up Care Derbyshire at this session about the best ways to communicate will be used to plan how and who they ask for their views in the future.
If you need any further information or want to advise us about any accessibility needs for this online session please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
